Are You Kidding Me?
Apparently PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) wanted to run a Super Bowl ad but it was rejected for content. If you haven't seen the ad it shows barely dressed women demonstrating their "fondness and passion" for vegetables by licking, suggestively rubbing themselves with and caressing the veggies. While I too believe that it's every individual's right to use vegetables as a source of pleasure, if that's your thing, but shouldn't that be between you and your broccoli? Although it does escape me how they think playing with your food benefits you nutritionally. As far as I know you have to actually consume it for it to be beneficial to your health. PETA dosn't understand why they'll allow ads for unhealthy foods like fried chicken and burgers but not the veggies. Well PETA perhaps I can answer that. BECAUSE IN THOSE OTHER COMMERCIALS WOMEN ARE NOT SHOWN STRIPPING DOWN AT THE END OF THE WORKDAY AND RUBBING THEMSELVES WITH FRIED CHICKEN AND BURGERS!!!! Gimme a friggin break!

I kinda like the ad, but not for families watching it together. Also it looks like a Victoria's Secret ad more than anything else. Hmmm.
